(i) This does not include the design and hosting of your web site.
(ii) You will require an ISDN connection at your end.
(ii) Data hosting is charged at £2000 per annum from year two.
(iv) Software support is based on 15% of the list value of your TravelOptions software (£15500) which in this case would equate to £2325 per annum and is payable from year two.
(v) 2% of revenue against bookings made on-line is payable to TravelOptions.
