There are several add on packages available with the Traveloptions system.

1. Fully integrated web booking function. If your not selling on the web your missing out. Our unique solution is low cost and secure with one client taking over 20,000 web bookings per month.

2. XML links allow you to seamlessly sell your product through travel portals such as lastminute.com or seamlessly sell other suppliers products such as Barcelo or Miki Travel.

3. A fully integrated accounts package with purchase, sales and nominal ledger, allowing trial balance, balance sheet and profit & loss.

4. An integrated fax package that allows multi-faxing of availability as well as automatic faxing of confirmations to suppliers and faxing of client documents such as invoices, itineraries, statements, overdue payments letters, flight change letters. The status of booking related auto-generated faxes can be viewed within the booking.

5. Automatic PDQ link that sends credit card details to the bank and saves back the confirmation code and date. Declined cards are held on a system queue that is available for both view and print.

6. Link from reservations screens to C.R.S. to allow option or booking of flights and save back onto the system of the flight details. BSP reporting and ticket stocks are also handled by this package.

7. Viewdata facilities for Flight only or Inclusive tour.

8. Resort software to allow a remote site to download booking information onto a P.C. This allows the remote office to print or display arrivals and departures lists and several other reports.

9. Data download software. This package allows the user to prepare their availability database into a format that allows the various viewdata polling companies (Latescan, Airscan, Swiftdata, Farebase etc.) to log to the system and take live availability files in the same format as if they were accessing the system via viewdata. This gives the user the chance to have their availability showing on these systems that are with hundreds of travel agencies without the expense of supplying viewdata for the agents.

10. Export to WORD software, whereby a register of WORD template documents can be, within Travel Options, attached to individual or groups of bookings, with key field information passed from Travel Options and printed via WORD.
